Yes hello there to all my regular viewers - since my market research exercise from the previous "news" article has conclusively proven that there are at least 5 of you! Well, there's no point denying that it's been a while, and even less point telling you what's been happening during that time. Suffice to say that I'm back with a new gallery in "wings and things" plus news of an upcoming exhibition at Bath Central Library between 23rd and 28th of March... which will not only showcase my photography but will also unleash upon an unsuspecting public, the produce of my winter months... Hmmm, enigmatic huh! I will be there all week, so come say hello (latte, two big sugars thanks) if you dare. (Oh, and a White chocolate cookie... ta)

On a slightly less upbeat note, I am sad to announce the death of Atom - the Gyr/Peregrine cross who appeared in my galleries last year. I recently heard from Julian his owner, who's garden was visited by a fox during the recent cold spell whilst Atom was out getting a bit of sun on his fine plumage. Sadly the fox killed three in total so my condolences go to Julian who I know loves his birds. Atom's portrait, which I had already included in my exhibition choice, will have an extra poignancy now... R.I.P. Atom.

Anyhow, that's all for now.

Regards

John - Rooky Wood.
